Privacy policy

The short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply, and we never sell it.

Last updated October 5, 2026

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive what you type into it:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name, if you give it
  • Your message

What we collect without asking

Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the type of browser you use, the pages you visited and when. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify you.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or tracking of any kind.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to talk with you about your project. That is all.

We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Your message is sent to us by email, so it passes through our web hosting and email providers. They store it on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.

We will only share your information with anyone else if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If your inquiry does not turn into a project, we delete it within two years. If we do work together, we keep our correspondence for as long as we need it to deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@navonit.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
